For us, many of our couples who hire us are busy people, they work full time, have families and a crazy social life. Some may not have families and friends nearby to help so to have the knowledge that the couple have a Wedding Planner on board who can take away their stress and anxieties as well as guide you, support and whilst being professional providing a personal friendly service.

It’s such an exciting time when you are engaged and working out what it is you would like, your wants and needs for your special day. it can be very confusing so when you hear Wedding Planner and Coordinator some people find that confusing too.

Wedding Planners become your friend, they find out about you, your ideas, your budget and work with it. They can help as much or as little as you want in various tasks in planning your Wedding. Helping with invites, florists, caterers etc. It can take over 150 hours to plan a wedding and if you are busy with work or in life, then they can look after it for you whilst you are in full control. They are also there to help bring your vision in life.

A wedding coordinator usually comes with the venue to help ensure your day goes smoothly so hopefully you don’t have to worry about anything. They are not the person you call on later on at night to discuss your ideas or they don’t help you select your venue and suppliers that you would want at the beginning of your engagement or when you first start planning your wedding day. You will meet with them a few times and go over the final details. They will help you with suggestions, go over your wedding timeline, guest count etc.

Please contact me to ensure that your date is available and then we can proceed from there. We offer free consultations to all couples and ask for a 20% deposit to secure your date and will then send you our contract for you to sign.

We pride ourselves in committing one wedding per weekend, that way our couples get the full 5 star treatment they deserve. We want our Happy couples to know they have the full focus of their Wedding Planner for the duration of the Wedding.

Part of our role is to not only work closely with all suppliers that we trust and recommend but also the suppliers that our couples have hired. We all work together to ensure that what you have asked to happen, will happen.

Sprinkle of Magic Wedding Planners understand that Weddings are not only going to be one of the best times of your lives but also one of the expensive. So, we have put together a payment plan which will help spread the cost of our services. We ask for a 20% depsoit to secure your date and the rest will be spread across monthly payments up to a month before your special day.

Sprinkle of Magic Wedding Planners have both Public liability and indemnity insurance.
